We want you to love your Boujee & Co purchase. If something isn’t quite right, we’re here to help.

Returns

You may request a return within 14 days of delivery.

To be eligible for a return, items must be:

  • Unused and unworn
  • In original packaging
  • In the same condition as received (with proof of purchase)

Please note: Items sent back without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Final Sale Items

The following items are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged:

  • Earrings (for hygiene reasons)
  • Sale/discounted items
  • Gift cards

Restocking Fee

A $6 CAD restocking fee will be deducted from your refund for all approved returns.

This fee is waived if your item arrives damaged or incorrect.

Return Shipping

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item arrives damaged or incorrect.

Damages & Issues

Please inspect your order upon delivery and contact us within 48 hours at hello@boujeeandco.ca if your item is defective, damaged, or if you received the wrong item so we can make it right.

Exchanges

We do not offer direct exchanges at this time. The fastest way to get what you want is to return your item (if eligible), and once approved, place a new order.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll notify you whether your refund is approved. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded to your original payment method (minus the $6 restocking fee, if applicable) within 10 business days.

Please note that it may take additional time for your bank or credit card provider to process the refund.
